A bond must be obtained and issued to Lawrence Township for the removal of the equipment. The bond will be released once the facility closes and all is cleaned up. The applicant is responsible to provide proof of cost to dispose of materials at the end of the facility's life.

Must have all state and federal permits as deemed necessary by state and federal before obtaining local approval.
