A bond will be filed with the Township Supervisors, at an amount deemed necessary by the Board of Supervisors, to provide for protection of Township roads which may be used for access to the landfill.

The operator shall submit to the Board for approval a plan for the restoration of the landfill area which shall include anticipated future use of the restored land.
